Returns and exchanges

In order to maintain hygiene standards we cannot accept a return or exchange request on swimwear.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Write to us at simwearindia@gmail.com or DM us @simwearindia on Instagram with the order number, proof of purchase and proof of damaged/incorrect items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund

We do not issue refunds. In cases of damaged products, once the product has been picked up from the customer, evaluated from our end, and deemed damaged, we will provide store credit of the same amount. Only in rare cases, solely at the discretion of our team, will a refund be issued.
