Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

We currently only ship within India. 

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse between 1-3 business days. The date of delivery depends on our shipping partners. However, products usually reach customers between 3-7 business days. We do not charge for standard domestic shipping.

If you reside in Mumbai and would like same day delivery, you can reach out to us on Instagram @simwearindia before placing the order. Our team will try its best to help you. However, such cases are subject to availability of the desired product and confirmation by our team. In these cases, the customer will have to pay for the delivery charges as applicable. 

Shipping updates will be provided via email or SMS by our team or the shipping partners.

In case you have not received your ordered items within 7 business days, please email us at simwearindia@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @simwearindia with your order number and our team will assist you. 

If you have received your order with incorrect or damaged items, please email us at simwearindia@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @simwearindia with your order number within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
